To many rules by owners to follow. Some things r hard to keep up perfect and if u don't the owner fuss about it! I would not give one star, but had to for posting.

Don't go to this place. They have way too many rules and owner badmouths people. And everyone in that place are not ones you want to be friends with. Worst mistake of my life.

Used to be a good . don t move in this park .You will be sorry if you do. The rent goes up but he dose nothing for you if you ask. People come in here and visit and they arent good people.move it on your own land.the ground is wet on one side of the mobile home i think the field lines are leaking.i have told them over and over.he dose nothing.I can't afford to move right now but I'm looking for something else.I may have to sell it to get out of here.there is a smell and I have been all under my home no leak on my part.yesterday the ground was all wet between me and the other mobile home next to menTwo mobiles homes moved out this week.going up on the rent this month.so I'm looking in been living here since 1999. The maintenance of the park is not kept up like it needs to be but the rent keeps on going up.nI am tired of the smell.He always says if you don't like it hitch your mobile home up and move it out.A we pay rent on is to have it on his land nothing else gets done. When it rains water washes all under my home.the smell is what is bad... I am so tired of being treated like this.
