So very disappointed. On my way to a funeral I figured a quick stop to grab a bite to eat. Jacks is usually fairly consistent between stores, but this store was awful. We were not there during rush hour. There were about 5 people ahead of us (3 groups) From the time we entered until the time we got our food, it was 20 minutes! Asked for cheese on the biscuit and was told they couldn't do it . Finally got a bacon cheese, opened it, and the whole top was a crumbled mess.The biscuit was delicious. Bacon was not good. Some was burnt and one piece looked raw. The cheese was cold. I was hungry so I just aye it like a pizza. At least I'm rarely in that area so I won't eat there again. Again, most Jacks are awesome. This one was awful.
I have never in all my years had such terrible awful pathetic slow poor service and to top it off after waiting over 30 minutes for 3 regular milkshakes I had to wait another 5 or so minutes on my cheesecake fried pie just for them to tell me I was going to have to wait a additional 10 to 15 minutes for them to make me the chocolate dipping sauce that was supposed to come with my pie. 10/10 would NOT recommend!!! If I could leave a -10 star rating I would!
Food is fresh and prepared correctly. Staff is friendly and fast with your food. Drive through is one of the faster ones I've been through.
