Came here for lunch and thought it was going to be a good experience when our order was taken immediately but then we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 grilled chicken sandwiches. And they kept pushing chicken sandwiches out to drive through when we as dine in customers are just as important as the drive through. You shouldn’t be waiting that long for 2 simple sandwiches that probably should’ve already been made for lunch rush anyway. Management never apologized and never made it right. What happened to management that makes things right when things like this happen? Very disappointed that almost everywhere you go is bad service. Do better.
Quick service great breakfastnBreakfast still seems to be fine. However if ordering the two piece chicken dinner probably best to go inside instead of the drive-thru. Photo shows my two pieces of chicken from last night 2/11/21. Nothing like the last time I had take out there. Probably won't be getting the chicken dinner again.

In town visiting family and we went to Jack to get breakfast for the crew, the drive-thru was lined up to the road but they got us thur the line so quickly, I was really impressed. The friendly staff got our order correct and even bagged it like we requested. The food was really good and I enjoyed my sausage biscuit and the ham biscuits were great too. Will diffently so back when in town.
Use to eat here daily until I had to make 2 to 3 trips every time to get the correct order. Just save yourselves some trouble and drive up to the other Jack's by the son's overpass
