This place was highly recommended to us, so we drove an hour to eat here. We will NEVER make that mistake again. The food was ok, but nothing to brag about. The service was not so great. The wait staff was super friendly and doing their best to keep up, but there were only three ladies waiting on all the tables and all tables were full. We waited for 30 minutes after we finished eating just to get our check and then another 20 minutes to get our credit card back. This is a hard pass for us and we will spread the word.
We came from Maplesville, Al. and the restuarant was closed but you can do the drive thru. They had a gangway special, 2 14 pczz. Roberts, backed potato, salad and peach cobbler for 49.99. Great deal. We got our food and had a picnic down the road at the park. The food was great and was nice eating outside.
Very bad service got there a 3 pm they opened at 5.so we waited on 2 hours we walked fisrt.sat for hour and half. I went outside to see people leaving

Sat down quickly.. drinks and food order taken quickly. Then like magic we never seen the waitress again. Waited over an hour and got COLD food. My husbands $18 shrimp plate was barely an appetizer portion. The one trip salad bar bowl was pitifully small. My BBQ sandwich was fresh out of the refrigerator with NO BBQ sauce. Forget trying to get anyone to slow down long enough to tell them you need ketchup and BBQ sauce. That took about 15 minutes. Been here 6 years and just now trying it. Won't be back. Checkout last was super nice.
