Food was great but its a little pricey

Pork links were underdone, pulled pork was more than 50% just fat, turkey was ok. Slow service, they left out the sauce that was supposed to be on the side completely, left out any kind of utensils that are usually in the containers.nnEntirely too expensive for the quality they provide, especially if you're not going to bother doing the barest minimum possible like checking the item count on the grill tickets. Really wish I had just gotten a burger next door, it would've been a much better deal and a much better meal.

The lost our order we waited 45min, but were in no hurry, they made it right.

Eating here for the first time and 2 out of 4 at my table got there food within 20 min. Almost an hour later after letting management know on 2 occasions about the 2 orders finally got brought to the table by the manager who was pretty rude about it. Said that they were understaffed and that the order number was wrong even tho 2 meals got brought to the table like we determine that ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f Then rudely Asked did I want the food or my money right at the table. The food wasn't even prepared like we ordered. Watched 5 tables get the same bbq baked potato before getting mine. After taking the food and it missing butter, sour cream and what little BBQ that was actually put on it decided I wanted my money back. The guy said figures and threw the food away in front of my wife and walked in the back. Came back out singing a different tune and decided to comp my ticket. Will not be coming back to this place unless they change management aka Carlos.

One of my favorite places to grab some food. great location, well organised, and awesome service. I highly recommend them!
