Service and food was excellent! The waitress was professional with a good personality. The hostess at the door was unfriendly. I was having difficulty getting to my husbands truck. I asked if i could sit and she said either outside or your vehicle. She was chewing on her nail. She did have a sparkle mask. I will be back because table service and food was excellent.
First and last time I'll eat here. Ordered the chicken and rice dinner. Chicken was so so. Rice was cold and tough. Like rice that had not been cooked enough. Service was slow. Not very many people in the restaurant, yet it took several minutes to get a drink, and much more time to get our meal. Food was mediocre. I could have cooked better at home. Never again.
Busy or slow, always seems to take an hour and a half after we order to get our food. That's after who knows how long to get seated and order drinks and food. This most recent time, steak was ordered medium-well and came as rare as possible......we like the food just wish service was better like at other Applebee's we have been to
This was one of the best applebees I've been too. The margarita came out wrong and they corrected the issue with the lime juice and were very gracious for the feedback. The food was delicious and place was clean and inviting. Good experience good people.
Absolutely amazing food! Big portions too. The waiting staff are very friendly and polite. Service is really fast. We had our food within 10 minutes of ordering! Drinks were a little pricey but they're huge! It was well worth the $52 we spent on date night meals and drinks for two.
