Super good! My wife and I had the pulled pork sandwiches which where piled high with tender meat! Sides were extra and I ordered coleslaw which was creamy and a wonderful add to the sandwich. My son had chicken tenders and fries which came out fresh and piping hot. The sweet tea was fresh and contained just the right amount of cane sugar. The Shack is in a 100 year old building which offers a glimpse into a simpler time. Simple, super good food.....highly recommended!!!
During this visit I had the grouper cakes. I am allergic to shell fish so I'm never able to eat crab cakes, which is why I instantly decided on this dish and I was 100% pleased. The cakes were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Almost melts in your mouth. The sauce was very flavorful and topped everything off. Overall, I was not dissapointed with this selection. I would recommend this restaurant, and dish, to anyone looking to try out something new.
Great little spot with great food! It's a fun atmosphere for indoor or outdoor dining. The staff are pleasant and hard working folks. Try it out!
