Always have a great experience getting clothes dry cleaned here! They are quick with turn around, staff is always very hospitable, and they can manage tough stains on clothes. Good price value for the work, highly recommend!
Zero stars. Terrible service! They clearly did not clean my items. What are they doing with my cloths? Like the other reviews, they are obviously just places the plastic cover over the cloths and calling it good. Seriously? Do your job! Do NOT use this dry cleaner.
Not sure about the negitive reviews. I've been coming here for years. Great service, simple interaction, consistent service.
I left my coat with food stains on the sleeve. I pointed out the stain and they marked it. When I picked it up I believe the only thing done was to put a plastic sleeve over the coat and put it on a hanger. No cleaning. By the way, at home I got the stain out with a moist wash cloth.
Express cleaners by Publix on West main is a joke! I swear all they did is put plastic around my item and hang it up. There are still a few food spots on it. The big stain doesn't even looked touched. I called and she told me they cleaned it twice but couldn't get it out. Well why didn't you tell me that while I was still there!? Oh, because I highly doubt they touched it after I dropped it off. I'm not normally one to publicly complain, but this whole experience with them pissed me off.
