Most Excellent Customer Service and quality cleaning done here!
Left a dress with a Dothan AL branch that is owned by Worth Cleaners in Montgomery, AL. The first time it wasn’t back when promised and came back with spots that it didn’t go there with. The second time it came back the beading in the collar was completely destroyed! Beads hanging off and sequin missing and discolored! The owner Steve Worth called and said it was the manufacturers fault for using bad threading and he has no intention of doing anything! STAY AWAY!!!
Well I took two really nice sleeping bags and a down jacket and I got all of them back all of the down was clumped up at the bottom and they were completely ruined do not take your dry cleaning there they own all of the dry cleaners aside from penny profit they will never get my business again along with the fact that they took 3 days longer than they told me and the told me it would take a week
Didn’t even get a chance to use their service because they were just rude and short with me. The lady working acted like my business wasn’t worth her time or attention. As a business owner, it’s disappointing to witness customer service like that.
