Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! There is a lot of unfavorable info on the Green Island email network about the Shell (Herndon Oil) at River Rd. in Columbus. i.e. the pumps never work, the place is dirty, never change water for windshield cleaning, no paper wipes on islands, clerks do not seem to care!!!!!!!!!!!!
