I've been seeing Dr. Nowell and his staff for several years. They are always very thorough and efficient in looking after my dental health. They feel like family, from the ladies at the front desk and check-out to the Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dr. Nowell in the back offices. With this wonderful group of people, you never have to dread going to the dentist! Highly recommend!!
Dr Nowell and his staff are super people. I’ve always received exceptional care from annual checks to cleanings and crown restoration. I wholeheartedly recommend this dentist to one and all. There is parking out front, with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
After searching for a new Dentist for our family, we are surely blessed to have found this one. Absolutely everyone working here made us feel like we had just been welcomed into their home. They went over and beyond scheduling when it was the most convenient for us, without once making me feel like it was a hassle. My 3 year old had her very first dental visit today, and will forever look forward to her trips to the dentist now. My 8 year old left smiling ear to ear with all the attention she recieved. My husband and I feel we hit the jackpot finding one office exceeding all of our needs and expectations.
I have had nothing but great experiences with this family- centered dentist office. I would recommend Dr. Nowell and staff to anyone looking for quality care.
I called and it was a miss understanding with my appointment so I tried to reschedule the receptionist told me they could not even reschedule my appointment and she didnt even know when there will be one. She was very unprofessional due to the fact she was not attentive to my needs. She claim I owed 40 dollars but did not mention it when she first made my appointment. I informed her it was not a problem but I'm sure I played my bill I would not be making another appointment and requesting more service and still owed someone, I have a business myself and would not want no one to do me that way.
