Their professionalism goes out the window if you are in a relationship with someone who is related to someone who works there. I'm going through a divorce with a salesman's brother. With one payment left, they had my car repossessed, leaving my daughter stranded 70 miles from home and won't even allow us to get her purse, paycheck, baby's carseat, etc. from the vehicle. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Divorce is hard enough without a business getting involved and going against a judge's order just to be petty.
Charles will go the extra mile to assure your getting the vehicle that meets your needs. Always willing to take time out to answer any questions in a professional manner. I've got two vehicles from Charles and got nothing but the best service. It's well worth the time to stop in and see what they can do for you.

Prices are way to high for what they are trying to sale the vehicle we was looking at has rust all over the brakes and rotors and covered in dents and scratches, and they are wanting $5k more then what the nada is on that specific vehicle when I asked about that the salesman said he don’t even know want to talk about nada on the vehicles! Very rude about it! The day before we was told everything was good and they had already had my credit and when we got there we was told there was nothing we could do without more money down! Take your business elsewhere, so that you can get a better deal on a nicer vehicle and so that you don’t overpay so much for a vehicle
Was going to come here and shop for a vehicle.. I’ve been shopping around thinking of getting a new car and told him before I took the time to take off work and come out there or have them run my credit because I’ve been turned down I was wondering if I had a good chance. The guy was rude and said you’re not gonna know unless you come and do an application. Good luck.
