I go to Firestone and typically receive the best service. However today was not the case and I will not be back. My party and I were seated right before the evening rush. I was empathetic at first but I soon noticed that our waitress would be gone for 30 minutes plus before returning to our table. My dining experience was for 2 plus hours and I saw my service for maybe 6 minutes. The server kept repeating that she had 6 tables. However I saw the neighboring tables server more than I saw my own. I had to approach the hostess stand twice for assistance. I’m sorry but when I am spending over $20 for an entree and $10 for a cocktail and it takes 20-30 minutes for my server to check in it’s not ok. I spent $150 for McDonald Service.please provide coaching to your server Sarah.
Excellent food and service only minor complaint was roasted potatoes weren't even warm but had to wait for them until pizza came
The food was hands down 5 stars. Best hummus and pita bread I have ever had. Pizza as well. We sat at the bar and bartender was clearly not a people person. Specialty drinks amazing as well. If I could give 4.5 I would just because the friendliness of the staff could have been better. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back
Restaurant was clean. Our server was very nice. Kitcgen timing was good. Food was mediocre. Crab dip wasn’t very flavorful. My steak temperature wasn’t right, I ordered medium well and got medium rare, and the food was lukewarm.nWe ate early and when leaving; we noticed no one waiting had masks on...reckless.
I very, very rarely post reviews! However, I could not just let this go by. The two college aged adults at the host stand were playing games, which is extremely unprofessional. Next, the receipt printer is broken. Why do they only have one printer and no backup printer? Next, I feel that you should never have to ask for to go utensils or napkins, well there were none in my order. Lastly and most important the side salad was a 7 out of 10, but the pizza was a 2 out of 10. Crust was like card board and the toppings didn’t cover more that 20% of the pizza and they must have forgotten the extra cheese that I paid extra for. I was very disappointed.
