We arrived 6:17 PM, small wait (10 min). We get seated and we are quickly asked for our drink orders and we also order an appetizer. 7:38 our chili con quest arrives because I asked a second time and she went to place the order because she forgot (understand, things happen) then she proceeds to complain to us about how there is a new worker and mix ups happen. Tells us there is a 20 top which is at the other side of the restaurant. Nothing to do with us, but somehow becomes the reason why our food is taking so long. 7:52 the restaurant has 9 tables with guests at them including the 20 top We are served, my burger well done but cold? Also, forgot to bring us the carrots and celery we asked for with our dinner. This became the trend for the rest of the evening finally being given our check at 8:03 only to not have her return for 7 minutes to check us out.. no problem I paid in cash so we wouldn't be inconvenienced any longer. Gave a $4 tip 12% you're welcome.. you didn't deserve that. 2 stars, I will never return though.

We got seated very quickly and then waited an hour for my food. Some of the people at my table didn’t get their food until about 40 minutes after I got my food. Then the food was decent at best. Our waitress was very inattentive and I waited at least 30 minutes for a refill on my drink.

I haven’t been to Buffalo wild wings in at least a year the last when I went to was Birmingham and they were awesome maybe because it was busier and the food was fresher but whenever I got my carry out order here since they were closing and we couldn’t stay to eat I was staying near the Courtyard next-door in my wings are already called the macaroni and cheese whiz banging though

I was going to just put two stars and leave it. But after reading other reviews I found out that my complaint is not just one it seems like a trend. I called 30 minutes in advance. I went to the mall looked around a little bit went to the Alabama shop bought a couple of things left went back it was 35 minutes or so I went into the restaurant and nobody was at the cash register I waited for 15 minutes 20 minutes went by. Nobody still came to the cash register. I looked at the door looked in the window there was the manager and another lady talking at the counter yelling back and forth to Cooks. I knocked on the door they saw me and turned back around. Someone finally brought my food out and if I was a dishonest person I would have just left because they just gave it to me and walked back inside the back. Very disappointed in where Buffalo wild wings of Dothan has gone. It used to be a place that I would get a couple of friends and we would celebrate on occasion and go there. I don't ever want to go back to service like that again. My food was burned and it was suffocated and lemon I could go on but I'm frustrated
