Eldorado Steakhouse

Great place

Eldorado steakhouse is the typical small town restaurant. It has more home feeling than big chain restaurants, but lacks the flare.nFrom the outside, it looks more like a business office with overgrown bushes right our front, nothing that really catches the eyes and nothing that tells you what's happening on the inside.nOnce you get inside, the owners have done a nice job of setting up a good country atmosphere. I was impressed with what they were able to do in such a small space. However, there are no seating with windows so it can get a bit claustrophobic. The music that was playing wasn't too loud and set a nice tone.nI ordered the mozzarella sticks as our appetizer. They seemed like the frozen ones you can get at Walmart and not Fresh made ones. They lacked any sort of flavor and the cheese part was really hard.nA chef salad comes with your steak, not certain why it's the only option, but the salad was fresh, and they did provide plenty of salad dressing. The steak was the surprise of the night. Cooked perfectly, with great flavor and char. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the steak very much. However, the roll was another frozen item, and the mashed potatoes were bland.nThe service was also excellent, Bethanie did an outstanding job taking care of us, she brought the food out quickly, she knew the menu well and was always smiling and had great energy.nOverall, not the best, but not the worst dining experience I've had.nnFood: 3 starsnService: 4 starsnValue: 2 starsnAppearance: 4 stars

Super reasonable and always good home cooking. Wife loves their catfish and fried okra.

Outstanding place to eat. Food was delicious and hot. Server was friendly and attentive. Clean atmosphere. Little pricey but worth it. Highest recommendation.

Steaks were perfectly cooked. One medium rare and one medium. Friendly folks.
