Unfortunately my car was crushed by a tree during Hurricane Sally. Barry Parker at Reliable was on it immediately. He gave me information to deal with the insurance company. He got busy trying to find me the best deal he could understanding and being patient with me and the insurance company.

The staff at Reliable Cadillac are very friendly. And I mean the entire staff is friendly, from the mechanics to the sales men, the secretary. The mechanics are thorough, professional and sometimes humorous. The owners have provided a remodeled waiting area equipped with a television, freshly popped popcorn and freshly brewed coffee for their customers; while they wait on their vehicles.
