Go somewhere else. If you’re reading this save your time and money and go somewhere else. I don’t care if you can walk here from your house. All these great reviews, well this one is coming from 2018 almost 2019. Ready? Here we go. Let’s start with the way they talk to customers. One lady( hope it’s just one of them) answers the phone like she’s had a bad day and it’s an inconvenience for you to call. Baby if you don’t like your job please go find something that starts a fire in your heart. If it’s other issues I mean I’m sorry but don’t take it out at your job. Next. so today I go to pick up my 2 prescriptions. Now mind you, if I’m not mistaken, they called me not once but TWICE with an automated operator reminding me of my prescriptions... last week. Finally was able to come in and get em. I walk in, a gentleman is there before me so I sit down and wait for them to finish up what they are doing with him. Once the girl(I say girl because she looks like a teen) is done with him she never said a hey, how are you, Watcha need, you stink, nothing. Instead she goes over to a certain part of the counter and starts to look down( I assume her phone). So I get up go to the counter and tell her I’m here for my prescriptions. She asks....get this.... did your doctor call it in????? Excuse me???? Did they???? Well I hope so because one of my doctors nurses had to call this pharmacy personally to verify that it went through since y’all kept telling me you never received it. She proceeds to tell me that one of them is on back order or something for 14 days and the other one isn’t ready..... isn’t ready? Then I guess those automated messages were from another pharmacy maybe. Whatever so I tell her I’ll be back to pick up the one that is in...... 1-2 hrs later I show up and ask about it and guess what she tells me.... she informs me that they don’t have that one either and I will have to wait. Are you kidding me right now???? You couldn’t call and tell me before I get here. Not that’s it far but some folks need to save gas. So another lady comes by and low and behold guys guess what’s already fixed that the teen didn’t look for the first time I came in today... the prescription that isnt suppose to be in for 14 days. I’ve had it. I logged in and took the time out of my day to write this because I am so aggravated about this and to save you guys some time. I really try not to be a complainer. But come on. We really are blessed. This is just a lack of communication and maybe some. God loves y’all. Each and every one of you. #firstworldprobs
