Staff and Management were not knowledgeable about stock. Was not greeted until I was at the register, where my items were tossed on a flat surface behind the cashier. Used to be high quality store.

Terrible customer service. I waited for 20mins before anyone acknowledged me. I called first to have items put up front. When I walked in, I was not greeted nor would anyone pay attention to my needs. Overall, I found what I needed and spent 343.00. African American people r welcomed in but not addressed as diligently as others. Honestly speaking.

I usually find everything pretty quick, I think some of their prices are a bit high but none of that matters with sweet workers like pet smart !
