Their district manager is horrid.He keeps the employees on endless conference calls every single day at opening.It was very hard to call in the morning and make payments.Further more, he was present in the store and because one employee didn't say something just the way he wanted it he embarrassed him in front of customers.I told him how it sounded and he was lucky O didn't walk out.Miranda was great to me.I had rented for 10 years.I was told they could no linger rent to me.I went to the Anniston store and have no issues

I tried to get a computer here because I’m addictive to a game and didn’t have a problem with paying 2,000 dollars in total for a computer worth 700 but got denied without a valid reason I took this problem to home office and the distract manger called me then never called me back Oxford is very prejudice and In the home office notes they said I was under the influence but maranda told me it was because my rent office was closed and I’ll be able to come back the next day... I don’t drink or do drugs my job is highly strict about that but of course I’m judged for being me and looking how I look (black ) god saved me because I won’t spend a penny with rent A-Center I’ll rather go to Aaron’s where they make everyone feel equal ....

We have our furniture setup on autopay but yet our bill is behind, they came out and took our stuff and told us it can't be caught up. Not only that, they sent out a man that's not allowed on my property due to him yelling and cussing at me in my own house while my kid was here and my husband was gone. It was agreed he wouldn't come back out, well they sent him so technically he trespassed. And they still haven't fixed the huge scratch that was put on my wall when they were bringing a couch in.

We rent something from them. A TV while ours was being repaired. It was full of live roaches. It took me two weeks to get rid of them. They offered to spray our house. But the damage was done. Never again. We told them that the TV we rented was full of roaches. They told me well unfortunately that's the kind of people we tent to. WTF?
