It was great! Great workout that encompasses the whole body and there is no pressure to be perfect but inspiration to be the best you can be. Everyone there is really welcoming and it has a family type of vibe when you walk in and you feel right at home. I highly recommend BeDriven.
I love working out here! Darnell is an expert at what he does and makes us feel so comfortable while challenging us every time. The people here are also great—love my gym family!
Today will make my first full week at the Fit Factory and I must say it has been a challenge ! But the environment and people are so pure they just make you wanna come back! It’s a real no judgement zone ! Everyone pushes you to be better than you were the day before! The encouragement is amazing! Even once I hit my goal weight I’ll never stop going !
For someone who has never tried CrossFit before, day 1 I was extremely nervous. The moment I walked through the doors I was welcomed by not only the Coach but the Partners as well. The environment is VERY family oriented and educational. It’s definitely a judge free zone and no one gets left behind.
