My critique of nearly any gym: Needs more racks! ud83cudfcb‍♀ufe0fud83dude06nBut still, a solid gym with nice gym. Even if I do have to wait to use a piece of equipment it is nowhere near the wait of larger, more crowded facilities.

Love working out here! I get a full body and cardio workout twice a week here in a class with a great expert Trainer who just happens to be the owner too! Great professional business and awesome personalized workouts with support and motivation to get you inspired, on the right track, and even having a bit of fun!
