I have a fear of going to the dentist but everyone at Aspen Dental was very welcoming and inviting. From the time I walked in from the time I left, everyone was very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful with getting me signed in. She was very pleasant so early in the morning. When I was called to the back to have X-Rays done, the young lady calmed my nerves by letting me know what she was getting ready to do and explained everything as she was going through each step. The hygienist, Jenny Fonsca was very informative and knowledgeable and that was important to me. The dentist came in and explained several options for my situation and was very informative, knowledgeable, and thorough as well. If you are looking for a place to have dental work with a friendly atmosphere with excellent customer service, I would recommend Aspen Dental.

Great service and a wonderful staff at the Bessemer location! I've had a lot of work done here and not only has everything looked great it's also been extremely affordable! I would not have been able to get this amount of work done for the same price anywhere else. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Bessemer because they've helped me get my smile back!

I had a great experience here. It was my very first time coming and the staff was so nice. They made me feel welcomed and explained everything to me as far as my payment options and all that my insurance would and wouldn't cover. They followed the CDC COVID-19 guidelines and just gave me an overall great experience.
