This TA has a good amount of parking however most of the spots are marked “Reserved”. The bathrooms were clean and the workers were friendly. We got some coffee and snacks from inside. The coffee doesn’t really compare to Pilot coffee but it’s decent. There was no restaurant inside however there are plenty of places for food nearby and a grocery store right next door. Fireside Grille has excellent food and it’s right across the street.
Customer service? There is none. How many diesel available was at 285 way overpriced. You can’t even like cars because it’s only set up for business cards. Don’t waste your time there
I had to stop for a truck repair, replacing the air compressor.... The technician was knowledgeable, his name is Carl, otherwise, the total bill was over estimated,,, $3300 to replace an air compressor. Don't take your truck there
Many visitors were not wearing masks and there were no visible staff to encourage better behavior.
Bad customer service, they don't tell thank you. They should learn good manners and thank you, after all I spent $700.00. I am taking about the repair shopn.
