Best bank i have ever hadnThe app is so user freindlynIf i lost my card i can shut it off with the flip of the swich and if i find it i can turn it back on and continue to use itnThe statments are up to date where some other banks after a certain time of night it doesnt show you the vorrect amountnNo fees if you have direct deposit for checkings accountnAnd they have the latest hours i have ever seen
I would give negative stars if I could, I finally got my water settlement check today, my mother is my payee for my SSI checks. When mom first opened the account, they refused to put my name on the account, but my SSI checks were direct deposited into that account. Today, I went to the bank with my check. Even with my ID, they refused to allow me to deposit my check into that account because my name was not on the account. They were rude and disrespectful to me and my mother when she arrived at thee bank. Because of this problem, we have now change banks. Do not trust these people with your money!
I honestly enjoy going to my bank! The people are very kind and 9 titimes out of 10 have a smile on their faces. They have helped my family get back on track with our banking needs when no-one else would. Thank you Woodforrest for caring!
I like Woodforest bank. The employees are very helpful and they are open 7 days a week. I do wish they had more ATMs and locations. Also wish they were open earlier.
