Packages been sitting at their post office for a week according to my tracking they will not answer their phone...
My package has been stuck there for 2 days I been tracking I can’t want to other company replace’s u guys one day I can’t wait.Bc only if u knew how to do your job I watched it get scan 5 different times and say if left Your Facility only to find out it didn’t
We live on a street where our mailbox is 1 consolidated box. So everyone has to stop at this 1 location to get their mail, no issues, it speeds up the mail delivery process. However, when the carrier is careless and does not lock the back of the box back up, that creates liabilities. I noticed ours was not locked, so I called the specific post office we get our mail delivered from to inform them. The lady who answered the phone did not want to hear about it and told me to call the main Sioux Falls Post Office. So I called, and called again, then again, and once more. Left messages, but it was all in vane. Nothing was done, and nothing will be done I'm afraid.
I’m not impressed with the quality of the service at this place of business. The amount of attitude that was displayed here was ridiculous and super unprofessional. I’m very unimpressed and will be following up with someone at this establishment about the employee that was treating me with such disrespect.
These guys work hard at this location. At times they seem to be the only ones not losing their minds. One thing is for sure, there are always customers running in and out. I think the bad reviews are a reflection of poor use of a persons time and things not going ideally at that moment. This is a fast paced environment in the downtown area. The more prepared you are the less time you spend here. I've always been greeted with politeness. I will continue to use this location for my first class shipments.
