The management and waitresses are incredibly friendly and accommodating, it feels like family! The Country Cafe is a five star restaurant in a three star world! Their delightful turkey club was the perfect hangover cure.nnFew things have tasted more delicious in my life than their turkey club (with freshly cooked bacon) amidst a rather unpleasant hangover.nnDefinitely worth your time to stop in! Great, old-school, quality food.

We love this place. We have been back several time. Staff is always pleasant and the food is great. If they have donuts when you are there, get them. Is it a perfect spot for breakfast.

Unfortunately, I would have to say that the experience at this establishment was very unsettling. My family and I have been visiting for years and this has always been the place that we would come to eat for lunch. But on this day, we encountered hostile, rude management. The way they handled the issue was unprofessional and very unkind. I don’t care how good you think your food is, all people should be treated with respect and fairness and we were not offered that here. We were told that they were closing early even though their website did not indicate it and a couple and a woman were sitting and eating their meal. Right then and there, it just didn’t feel right. My sister tried to talk to the manager, but the manager escalated the situation even more and started screaming and yelling “get out now” like this was 1950. Even when I tried to ask what the issue was the staff continued raising their voice in front of our children as we were leaving. As we were outside trying to figure out where we would eat the manager and her staff came outside continuing to yell saying “get off my property”. I started to feel unsafe and very uncomfortable. Even if it was a misunderstanding and emotions were high, the way they handled it was unacceptable and disheartening especially with the level of discrimination and racial divide existing in this world today. I could never support an establishment like that. Please be aware and stay alert if you decide to eat here.

Great food, great atmosphere. They make the grits just like my grandma used to. Excellent!
