Best bank ever
The staffs seems to be not knowledgeable within their own mobile applications and banking systems... Verifying a deposit should not take more than two minutes the max!nnI have worked banks industry for more then seven years so I understand verifying, crosschecking, and double-checking. However do it Efficiently for the bank and the customer.nnMaybe employers could set more training classes for employees.
I LOVE this branch! We have banked here for years, and the team here is amazing. Kaitlyn Martha, Judy, Carrie, everyone is so sweet and always helpful.
