The first time I went to Gunderson’s Jewelers I simply needed a watch battery. They were so incredibly welcoming and made the process very easy. They asked if I had a few minutes and they would see if they could do it while I waited. They did replace the battery, cleaned my watch and did it all for free. Never once tried to sell me anything but answered all my questions. I highly recommend their knowledgeable and friendly staff. When I have any other Jewelry needs they will be my first stop.

I purchased a few pieces at Gunderson’s and love the uniqueness of each! Also, the quality is top of the line! My salesman, David Stensrud, has such a passion for helping find or make that one of a kind piece. He also helped me take an old ring I haven’t worn in years and make it into something new and timeless. I would highly recommend going to see Diamond David, he is very good at what he does!

I don't believe we have been in any store in Sioux falls, with nicer people. It is an absolute FUN place to shop! Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and kind. They quickly installed a new battery and watch band for my watch. The store is beautiful and elegant.
