I absolutely love my nurse and my physical therapist! They have been a godsend! They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. They show commitment and compassion in everything they have done for me. I look forward to their visits and it's like working with people I have known all my life. I can't imagine using any other company. Way to go Caprock! You have some wonderful caring employees. I will recommend your company to anyone I run across that needs your services. :)

I am now on my 3rd care attendant, only have had her for 3 days. One thing that really needs to be addressed severely within the company is punctuality. All 3 of the care attendants I have had has never been on time. It is like the company does not even check these things. I know one thing if it was another type of job most other companies would have fired them after just a few times of being late. What is the deal, does clients not matter or do we just have to rearrange our schedule to accommodate a care attendant that doesn't bother coming on time ever?

Caprock home health has been a Godsend for me. They treat you like family. My nurse is not only a great nurse, she is also kind, compassionate, & takes the time to make sure you are truly alright before she leaves. At the Amarillo office, it starts at the top and is clear they are a family. Everyone works together to make sure all of your needs are met. My PT Donna, calls sometimes just to see how I'm doing. I'm a paraplegic and when I'm lonely, it's nice to hear a friendly voice. Caprock has firm roots in the community and when needed, works to find a solution for you, the client. I cannot say enough good things about Caprock. Lisa always brightens my day and I feel like family with this agency. I HIGHLY recommend Caprock to anyone. Simply put, they have changed my life.

I have had home health service providers through Caprock Home Health for approximately 4 months. Everyone has been very helpful and thoughtful. Monica my weekly nurse is the best! She is so very thorough. She calls and checks on me during the week on nonscheduled visits. I look forward to seeing her smile and happy attitude!!

Amarillo Caprock has done an amazing job of caring for a close friend through home health and their provider services. My friend was able to return home with her husband based on this agencies commitment to her care. Her provider takes excellent care of her, enabling her to remain at home and not in a nursing home.
