I went in for a physical so I can start a new job, my appointment was at 2pm, and I was there until about 5:30 after they CLOSED. For starters the people aren't very welcoming, you can tell they are just there for a paycheck. And for two, when I finally got to the back I was in there for another hour just waiting for the doctor to come in, he was in there for maybe five minutes just feeling up my back and then said he was going to look at my papers and come back. He never came back, he forgot about me in that room and after another hour of waiting for him to show up again I decided to to go out to figure out what was going on, there was no one to be seen other than one of the front desk ladies locking the door. I'm glad I went out and checked on things because apparently they don't keep track of their patients and make sure no one else is in the building like they are supposed to do before locking up. I can not believe this is something that happens in a urgent care. Be better, pay attention because that is ridiculous. Definitely will not be showing up again to this place on any circumstances.

I wasn't to happy by not being informed on what I needed to bring in for my DOT physical. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that appointments were not necessary but that I could just walk in. That should have told the person I spoke to that I never been to their facility and would need to be informed of things I needed to bring in.nIE, bring in copy of CPAP reading and not the reader card. Which is a hassle to get without knowing before hand.nAlong with list of medication from primary doctor name and addresses.nAlso if you have diabetes, they want a copy of A1C report.nSo now even though, I did the physical part, I am having to run around to get copies of wanted forms, primarily the CPAP reading is the one that is hardest to retrieve.

Great staff there, very polite and clean. The only problem is that it takes them a long time to get you out of there and with the corona virus ud83eudda0 it’s not a good idea to keep us there. I went there for a DOT drug and Physical test. I got there around 13:30 and didn’t get out of there until about 17:20.

I went in for a simple pre employment drug screening and I have been here once before many years ago with similar results.nIt shouldn't take almost 2 hours for a simple screening.

I was assaulted by MD ernesto Jesus mendez at this clinic on 8-10-2018.He knocked me out unconsciously after he threatened me. I was previously diagnosed with brain, head, and multiple body parts that were catastrophic ally injured. This clinic covered it up. PTD Evan wouldn't talk to the police. I have proof. Don't go here. It's not safe,. They didn't have a Director when I was assaulted. Post here if you were there when I was telling for help on 8-10-2018 after he assaulted me.
