Dakota Roofing and Claims

I have done many home improvements and working with Dakota Roofing and Claims has been the best one by far! From start to finish, Stacy and Jonna kept me informed of the process and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend the quality workmanship and excellent service of this truly exceptional team!

I was concerned, because I knew that my roof was in need of replacement but I didn’t have the funds to pay for the job to be completed. I put it off for as long as I could, luckily not enough to have a leak, and finally started to research cost to have it done before I had a larger problem. I had a couple different companies come and give me an estimate and they were at a price that was more than we could cover, as expected. I then decided to check with Dakota Roofing & Claims, as I had heard good things about them. That turned out to be an excellent choice, as they showed my why “& Claims” is in their name. The previous roofing companies hadn’t suggested exploration of insurance coverage and certainly didn't provide the help to do so. Johnna, Travis, Stacy and Dusty were fantastic! They worked with me to establish that the damage had occurred from a somewhat recent hail and wind storm. They proceeded to walk me through the process of contacting my insurance company and even came to my house for the adjuster’s inspection. This was very helpful, as they are very tuned in to know what they are looking for and made sure everyone was on the same page to include all relevant damage and get me the most amount of coverage that was possible. What a relief! It was very easy, thanks to DRC, and my insurance ended up covering over half of the cost of the repairs! The great service didn’t end there. Once the claim was approved, Stacy and Dusty took on the task of making sure that all of the necessary paperwork was completed for the insurance and were able to squeeze me in to get my roof done before winter. They were there personally with the crew while the job was being completed and were sure that all was done to our satisfaction.nI honestly don’t know how we could have gotten it done without their help. We’d probably still have a bad roof right now. Thank you so much DRC team. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.
