Atrocious customer service. I started trying to get assistance for a RX reimbursement on 12/11. During all this time I have spoken with Trenton, JaLisa, Abigale, Abigale's manager Sam, Brian, and a manager Rose. I have received numerous conflicting answers, none of which actually will get me reimbursed for the prescriptions. I have been promised call backs repeatedly, but no one actually does call. I have been waiting on an Account Executive (they really like to throw that title around when talking to me) by the name of Stephanie Weaver since 12/17. She has not yet called me back - despite numerous messages from Maxor employees. I can't get through to the elusive Stephanie Weaver directly. I called back today, was on hold a long time, then got through to someone who couldn't actually assist me - and the elusive Stephanie wasn't in the office. Back on hold to try to get to a supervisor. Still no resolution to my issue. If you have the option, DO NOT use these folks if you might ever need customer service.
This company is a nightmare. I've never heard of them, but they got me sign up as a member with a company I've never been employed with. I'm having a hard time getting my prescriptions because my actual insurance is saying this company is primary. I think they are fraud cause they are giving me incorrect phone numbers and say they will call you back but won't. Please if you come in contact with this company and you have no knowledge of it report them to Insurance Investigation in Austin and Office of Attorney General. Oh, and another thing, representatives are using cell phones when you call them.
Trying to get then to take me off. I didn’t know I had them till the other day. I spoke worth 7 different people, the lady in Alert Dept wouldn’t be quiet so I could ask her questions. Then to find it wrong Dept. Then I got a lady named Abigal in customer service. I explained my issue “just take me off” the number she tried to give was the crazy lady again. . I told her please that’s a wrong number for this issue please don’t send me there. Sooo then Abigal So nicely tells me She was going to handle it w/ her manager. I was so relieved. Thank goodness for angels like Abigal. So be prepared to go through a lot of people, and a lot of time. And hopefully you’ll find someone as nice as her
helpful people, sometimes. Maxor Approval review (prior authorization) process for brand name products that are not generic and have few alternatives is alarmingly slow. If you have a choice, stay away.
This company is terrible to work with. There have been nothing but problems trying to get prescriptions filled for my entire family. Every time we call there's excuses as to why something won't be covered, will be delayed, or needs further investigation. Most recently I was told by a representative that my prescription would be filled and shipped almost three-weeks ago. I called today to find out the status for them to tell me that it's not covered under the plan. They didn't attempt to call or otherwise contact me to say that these pills that I'm supposed to start taking tomorrow did not ship and they won't cover. Furthermore, the guy that called me back today called me ma'am twice (definitely not a female, nor do I have a high-pitched voice) and was downright rude. My wife's company just switched over to these people about a year ago and it's been nothing but problems ever since. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!
