Sanford had forwarded my info to CRC regarding an insurance quote, which was fine, that's what I needed. Carlos called me at 8:06 AM, and I missed it, he followed up with an email, I responded to both and two weeks later and he hasn't made any attempt to reach out. I've since moved on to a different firm that can actually communicate.
