No one could have prepared me, Chris, for the joy we had at this bar. We came in for a drink and spent 3 hours there instead. I had one of the best nights of my life. They started karaoke early for us. Cheap drinks. This bar made me feel like a million bucks. Definitely going to stop back in when I'm in the area.
First time coming to Buckles Lounge I was treated with the warmth of a family member not seen in years. Michelle is kind, funny and friendly. (With the right amount of spunk) I have since been here two more times; today being my third. Buckles Lounge will be my spot in Amarillo. Keep doing what you do, thank you.
Okay place nice bartenders no food.... I Made it Back I was glad to see they are open... I wish they had some kind of food Pizza or hot dogs just something
Haven't been there since 2008 . Loved that place. Truck stop was right next door. Drank many a beers and a few drinks of Jim beam in that ol'e place. There was a bartender back then that claimed to be an ex cowboy cheerleader. Wandering if she still works there. I remember sitting beside a bull rider one night. Was telling me how the real guy the movie 8 seconds was about was his neighbor. Lived about 4 miles away. I was a little surprised about the space between neighbors daun there.
This is a local dive bar... cute. I was passing thru staying at a local hotel... came in and met bartenders Michelle was very personable and worked non-stop cleaning while working ... locals made me feel very welcome... I like this place.
