These animals shut my water off the day before Thanksgiving (nobody to speak with until the following Monday), and I did not even have a balance due. It's almost like they try to be the worst utility company of all time. It's a feature, not a glitch. Get your life together, Amarillo water department.

MANAGEMENT DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO TELEPHONES????nnIf I could give zero stars I would, paid our bill last month for $50 they are saying the minimum they can take this month for paying the bill at the same time is $185 how did it quadruple in a month? And Jasenda said her supervisor does not have access to a phone AT ALL, she doesn't have a phone number even. What a joke.

Pay my bill for them to come turn my water off and claim i owe money jus to get more money.. Gotta keep every receipt or your screwed.
