It is hard to find a good florist in Del Rio. I came across Norma's while searching the web again. I called and she walked me through it on the website. My special instructions were that I wanted exactly what was on the picture. They met my expectations and they delivered promptly and not to mention their prices are very reasonable. I will be ordering from her from now on.
