This place is awesome great people the selection is great. Keep up the great work.
Mundane websites like Spotify are blocked. Using the USB ports are also blocked. What's the point? Staff was incredibly rude when I asked why everything is blocked. The young blonde employee was ignorant regarding technology and the the manager she tracked down didn't understand the difference between emailing files to myself and uploading the file with a USB.
Everyone is very nice
Outstanding staff, pleasant, helpful, polite. Structure substandard compared to other branches. Parking lot poorly planned, in need of resurfacing, handicap parking not close to entrance. Handicaped patrons have to cross parking lot and in-coming traffic. Ramp is off side, does not lead into building. It is paved with decorative stones which could pose hazard for patrons using canes. Patrons in wheelchairs and those pushing them have no protection during inclement weather. I would rate parking lot and access as 2. It is the facility l prefer, because of the staff. They clearly are 5 star librarians.
Very helpful staff! Nice and kind people!
