Same as everyone else! Packages missing. The post office by the airport looked up the tracking number and said the pkgs. were at the downtown location, so I went to get them... didn't happen! I was asked if I had the orange slip that the carrier left in the box, there was no orange slip because the package was never delivered. I was told to do a redelivery online, I tried but was told redelivery not available for my packages.
I just had to wait in line for over an 1 1/2 hours (I wish I was exaggerating) with maybe 10 people or less in front of me. This was because out of the two workers there, one worker had to help the other worker with almost every customer. When I did get to the front of the line, I asked for a money order, the man said he didn’t have a money order machine, and I would have to wait until the other employee was available (I come here every month for money orders so I know for a fact he had one, unless it was broken? But I think he just didn’t want to turn it on) Of course she was helping someone else, and it took 25 minutes for her to help them send out a single package, again I wish I was exaggerating. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any post office. Oh, and to put a cherry on top, the woman circled the “tell us about your experience” link on the receipt, which must have been an actual joke.
The workers here are not playiny with a full deck. Lost my package and keep me on a wild goose chase. Werent even willing to call the other location for me. What a joke.
This post office is Redicules! I sent out a package thu a collection box that goes directly to them,according to them and my tracking number it was never received. I HAVE PICTURE CONFIRMATION that it was. I lost my item and $. Apparently its been happening often someone is probably taking mail.
This post office is a joke considering where it's located. Usually there's only one clerk at the window with a line practically out the door. You have to wait in line to get a package? Waited over an hour just to get mine. Some of those workers have nasty rude attitudes. Not my fault you chose to work here!
