During the Covid Pandemic, I was 6 months pregnant and had already been standing in line behind 3 other people. I go to the counter, and the man at the desk tells me I used the wrong label. Instead of grabbing one for me to fill out quickly, and reapply on my box he told me I had to go back outside, get the label, fill it outside and get back in line. So I had to be in the back of the line all over again. It was so uncalled for and being pregnant just made it more uncomfortable. I just wish they'd be more considerate. On a day with no pandemic, they are normally fast. So that's good.
Very rude and condescending. Wouldn’t think a postal worker would have that much pride.
SLOWEST USPS in town. Go somewhere else if possible!!
This is by far my favorite location! Richard is fantastic and the service is always A+. The only complaint is the hours are wrong; they are closed 2-2:30 not 1-1:30.
Very rude ladies that work there. Went in around 9:15 am on a Friday and the Hispanic girl behind the counter asked me how I even got into the post office. I proceeded to tell her that the door was unlocked because they are open. She spoke to me in a rude nature the entire time. There’s also an elderly lady that works there as well that speaks to people same way. The older man that works there is complete opposite and very kind to everyone. I feel bad that he has to work around the other two on a daily basis.
