Using their ASK USPS number to track my package only tells me that my package was forwarded to another location today at around 1000am but does not say where or why. If someone truly did try to deliver our package I would have seen it because I'm literally sitting next to my front door. There is no option to speak with a real customer service representative and when I call the actual USPS office I get an immediate busy tone. Thanks for scamming me out of my money and losing my package USPS. Can't be held accountable or do your job if you don't answer the phone, right?
Need to hire people with good attitude for the front desk. She seems to be rude all the time
If there was a negative rating i would give it to them, just recently my wife was waiting for something she order online, she received the notification that it got delivered, but when checking the mailbox NOTHING.... just today 4/18/20 i was expecting something delivered, just like her i received the email that my product got delivered, i just checked, and nothing, how's USPS going to resolve these problem???
This young black lady is not patient enough
They do not do passports, even tho the site says they do and so does the window. Then they recommend going other places and, unless those websites are incorrect as well, have given me bad information on them as well. FML Midland and USPS....WTH???
