I’ve been using Graham Pharmacy since 2011. Although they are always helpful and I consider the timely manner in which they get my prescriptions ready , today I had the please of dealing with PATTY! She was extremely patient with me and answered ALL my questions ! Not just answered them out of obligation either, she went the extra mile and was able to figure out a way to allow me to get the amount of medication I needed to last me until my dr office & insurance company could get the pre-authorization required completed! She even was able to get a pharmacist to approve advancing me a few pills to keep my system on track until my prescriptions are ready! The.customer service I received today is far and beyond what I could have ever expected!! I’ll be a customer for life and Patty & Julio have my vote for employees of the year!! Friendly, attentive staff! The pharmacy will fill your prescription quickly and you are in and out at time of pick up. Great local spot!

I typically prefer dealing with small, local family owned businesses, but today was not the case. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but you should not refuse to give me the prescription until I purchase a mask from you...I appreciate you giving me the option for safe contact less curbside pick 20 minutes later...Graham's you lost a customer today...

Love this place! Excellent safety precautions during these difficult times, plus--the cozy Christmas feel and excellent customer service has won me over!

Customer service was good but the food was terrible. We watched them microwave all of our burgers. It could be awesome but literally every order I seen them cook was in a microwave.
