The customer service staff who spoke to me on the phone was not very courteous and even hung up on me while I was still trying to make enquiries. That really wasn't nice at all and ultimately, I went elsewhere and got great service!

Love HEB! I usually don't have to go to any other store because they have everything I need. The staff is nice and helpful. I love that the pharmacy will call you when your scripts are ready and they're usually not busy unless you go after 5.

Heb pharmacy kept me waiting 45 min inline then told me it wasn't ready they needed another twenty five minutes that was three hrs ago......

I used to love this pharmacy, but my recent encounters have been awful. I have been waiting for a prescription for going on four days now. When I tried to pick it up the first time they were out, which wasn’t a big deal, so I was told they would order it. That day I call and the girl is so unprofessional and rude, told me it would be there that afternoon. I call again and the same girl told me someone didn’t put the order all the way through, when I asked when it would come she said the next morning maybe. I asked if she could check to make sure and she said it probably would be in the next shipment and there wasn’t a need to check. Then she left me on the phone for a good 3 minutes and when she realized I was still there is asked why I was still on the line. I asked her to go ahead and make sure the order was coming through and she said she would. I call back later and find out my order still hasn’t been put in. I’m furious already and in a lot of pain. They told me it would be there at 9AM this morning, so sure enough I go at 9 and the lady tells me it’ll be there is afternoon. I am beyond upset. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and they fact that they can’t get my order in is so angering, don’t believe I will be using them again.
