Job seeker beware.nI have never felt the need to leave a negative review about a past employer, however after working for this company for 5 months I have had plenty of negative interactions with the Head of Human Resources Deb.nShe has been snide and condescending on several occasions. When I was yelled at by Deb over the phone it was my last straw. I can tell you that she feels employees are disposable and she has no issues with moving them from store to store without their consent, or constantly changing their schedules. The day I gave my notice she made sure to tell me just how expensive it was to train me. She made it clear that as soon as she could she would fire me. Not the company that is all about family values at all. If you ever have to go home sick or call in it is a huge problem. I feel for anyone who she decides she doesn't like, she will do what she can to push them out.
