Very disrespectful to the family in a time of mourning. If they are very disrespectful to the the family, imagine how they will treat the deceased.
Don't care if everyone comes to the correct location? Neither does LaGrone.nDon't care if pallbearers ever even get to perform their sole role? Neither does LaGrone.nDon't care if your those watching the live stream of the service can hear? Neither does LaGrone.nDon't care if the deceased was a war time veteran that risked their life to try to make this world a better place? Neither does LaGrone.nDon't care if the deceased was a dedicated and elder member of his church? Neither does LaGrone.nDon't care about the deceased at all? Neither does LaGrone, because at LaGrone, if they even get one thing right, they probably don't care.
I lost my aunt and needed the help of this place to help my grieving family through this process and we did not receive that a lot of mistakes happened from the obituary to the folders. The lady had so much attitude dealing with my family and the disfunction of the funeral directors was ridiculous. I don't recommend this place at all.
Terrible. They gave misleading details and poorly executed the service. The audio from the live stream didn’t work even when our family called LaGrone to report it. Police escort was late. Pallbearers didn’t get to carry the casket since the casket was already at the burner when we arrived onsite.
I love the people there , Sonny helped me with my parents and my husband couldn't ask for better service
