I have had this indoor storage facility for years. They are always courteous and helpful. The facility is always clean and everything is functional. They are open weekdays and Saturday until 7pm. They are closed on Sundays. I wish they did have some Sunday hours because my husband has to work Saturdays so if it's something we can't do during the week within the last hour before closing then he has to take time off work.
I love this storage because of a good price reasonable and hours are okay, I wish it bit more hours, but I understand the storage are inside the building in Freeport are, for safety that's a good reason. I'm glad I found this on Google search and went on their website, and the storage on my own which is great. Not too expensive. Unlike other storage are very pricey than mine but same size. So glad to found this. They have security, key/password code to get in, and more. I'd recommend you if you're looking for friendly budget, but who knows if it available spot for you.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly, as well as professional! Great prices for the size of unit rental! If I ever need a storage unit, I'm going back to Freeport Storage!!! 😎😎
Very good prices for the space you get and the lady at the front desk is kind I've been with them for over 6years and appreciate their business, the stored items are safe and the storage facility is clean. Thank you
Great space for the value. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Just remember they are closed Sundays. I always forget that part, yet still the best value I found for unit size and convenience of location. Extra plus they have plenty of flatbed carts to help you transport your stuff to/from dock to locker space.
