Bill at Amarillo Bloom was a huge help! After going round 'n round trying to buy a custom arrangement online, or having failed conversations with florists at 1-800 numbers, I'm so grateful for Bill at Amarillo Bloom. Not only did he create the arrangement I was looking for, he made it easy to do so. I truly appreciate Bill's assistance in my family's time of need.
Called from Virginia and asked for something to make my Mom smile, she was feeling down. The owner said we can definitely do that. I didn't specify what flowers or anything just told him how much I could pay. He provided my Mother, same day delivery, with a beautiful arrangement that made her day. I could hear the joy and excitement in her voice. It was perfect!nnThank you Billy for doing an amazing job. You are my florist in Amarillo every day of the week.
Charged extra for flowers to be delivered next day before noon, turned out they farmed order to grocery store. Flowers were supposed to be a surprise weren’t delivered until after noon . Don’t do business with this phony group!

HOW HELPFUL. I just got hired for a new job in Amarillo. I wanted to send flowers to the HR department for their help with the on-boarding process. I randomly chose Amarillo Bloom Fresh because they were the closest shop to my new employer and I wanted them delivered same afternoon.nBoy! Am I ever glad I did. Even without a website they were able to describe perfectly the arrangement, provide guidance for this occasion, and even helped guide me on glass and message options for this setting/occasion.nThis is the type of service you don't get from online or big chains and certainly not from grocery store impulse flowers.nnWell done. I will be back!
