Two days ago, we ordered the flowers and a box of chocolate for my mother-in-law's birthday today. The designer Jan and the owner Michelle took our call. They were very patient with us with recommendations and explanations. We ordered our gifts based on the photos on their easy to use website. My mother-in-law received her birthday gifts first thing in the morning today, which makes her happy all day. She sent us a photo of the gifts which look better than we expected. She said the flowers, colours and chocolates are just what she loves. Thank you Michelle and Jan for your excellent customer service. We will definitely use your service again.
Highly recommend the flowers are always fresh & beautiful an last a long time. Everyone is so nice an helps my husband pick just the right flowers for the occasion.
Love our arrangements from Michelle. She went above and beyond to help us decide our types of flowers and vases color for our party. They turned out even better than the pictures we showed her!
I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle and her staff!..I contacted here at the LASY MINUTE for a funeral spray....and it was MAGNIFICENT!!...friendly, timely service, caring, professional attention....and GORGEOUS FLOWERS!....will never use anyone else in Midland!!
Ordered yesterday 8/20 for home delivery today, 8/21/2020. Delivery date is wrong on order (9/21/2020) Want delivery today, August 21, 2020. My complaint.....they are closed and do not answer the phone. NO phone, no message, no email. Ordering was ALL digital. Lesson learned.....talk with someone.
