Last year, my mom ordered an arrangement from here for my birthday. The arrangement I received was the worst I'd ever seen. I'm honestly shocked that a shop owner would even let it leave their store. It was a really hot day and they left it outside instead of taking it back and calling me, which made it look worse. She called them and they were very apologetic and sent a new, beautiful bouquet the next day. I decided they deserve a second chance after that. Fast forward to this past weekend. I went in with a picture of an arrangement I wanted for a memorial service for my daughter's boyfriend, who was very special to me. My daughter even went with me to order them and spoke with her as well. She assured me she could do it, so I trusted her to do so. My husband got there 15-20 minutes early to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it. Then they threw something together that resembled what I asked for, but was very droopy and wilted in some places, had some brown petals, and not all the same flowers I asked for. Needles to say, we were very disappointed. I will never order anything else from this florist! I guess I don't have the option to add pictures and that is unfortunate. The only reason I put one star is so that I could leave this review, otherwise I would've left a negative star.

I stopped in to get a sympathy arrangement and was greeted with a friendly face. Great service. The ladies were helpful and caring in helping me with my arrangement. I told them my budget and they made the most beautiful plant arrangement. For your next occasion or celebration give these ladies a call. Definitely going back for my next arrangement.

THE BEST! I called and explained the occasion we were celebrating and they worked on creating the very best surprise. I got a plant and gift basket delivered and it was excellent. Loved the customer service. Highly recommend and won't order from anyone else.

They did a great job, told her what I wanted and what my budget was and she didn't let me down. She did an amazing job!!! Definitely will be ordering from them again.
