I called and made an appointment months in advance. On the day of my visit, they told me my Delta Dental Policy was out of network. The girl at the front desk told me that Delta Dental would still cover the visit, however I would need to pay for the visit at the time of checkout and then receive reimbursement from Delta Dental. I asked the girl twice to confirm that I would recieve complete reimbursement from Delta Dental if I paid on the front end. I told her I would rather go to a dentist in-network and not risk paying for the appointment. Twice she reassured me it would be covered. Three weeks later I received a check from Delta Dental for half of the amount that was owed to me. When I called Delta Dental to understand why I had not received the complete reimbursement they explained that the office had conducted x-rays that were not covered by my policy. Despite the fact that the front office had reassured me that the entire visit would be covered, it was not. When I called the front office to understand why they had told me the whole visit would be covered, they could not be bothered. They said it was my responsibility to understand my insurance policy. They were not concerned about the money that I had lost and had no issues with me canceling my future appointments and no longer wanting to be a patient there. The dental hygienist and the dentist are fine, however do not go here unless you want to be screwed on your insurance and charged for things your policy won't cover.

Love this dentist and everybody in the office! Angel has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I can remember! she has always done such a great job at keep her patients calm and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Huckabay since he came here in the late 80's. He is an awesome dentist and has taken care of all 5 of my kids' teeth and they all still go to him as adults. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist. He is very thorough in watching for problems with your teeth and gums and offering suggestions and solutions. A big plus is that we all love Angel as our hygienist. She is great at what she does and I always look forward to seeing her. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful!

Dr Huckabay is an amazing dentist. He has fixed me up on numerous occasions. The service there is very professional, cost effective and the staff is also amazing. Angel Moore is an exceptional dental hygienist. Midland is fortunate to have such an amazing dentist!
