They prepared my sandwich so hot & fresh it was amazing! All of the employees were clean and professional had a smile on there face and were doing there job. The Manager was Outstanding as well great place for a sandwich.
Ordered for Pick Up at the Wadley Store (Onine), order was confirmed. Arrived at that location and they told me the order went to the Andrew Hwy location. I drove over there and they told me it was at the Wadley location. I refused to drive to that location again and asked them to make my order here. They offered no discount or apology. Food was good though. Just poor customer service!
Ordered delivery through the Schlotzsky's website. Never got my delivery and the only contact info I was given in the order email was the store. Store said they couldn't do anything about it because 'well, the product left our store with a delivery driver.' Shop couldn't tell me who was delivering amd refused to offer a refund.
Their hot sandwiches are delicious. That about sums it up. I will go back and try their pizza and some other items. I love their food!
Terrible customer service, staff wouldn’t allow us to place full order kept telling us our total before we were finished. Order was wrong. No communication at the window, shoved food out and closed window before we could tell them what they forgot to give us. Will not return.
